Pizza

  The pizza pictured is One batch of dough for a thin crust cookie sheet sized pizza. The right third of this pizza is goat cheese, that's why it's lighter in color. This one is topped with broccoli, summer squash, zucchini and olives. I don't bother brushing the dough with oil before I put the sauce on.
 One other thing, I use 1(ONE) six ounce can of tomato paste per ONE cookie sheet sized pizza-we like our pizzas a little lighter on the sauce.
